Abstract:

The publication titled Polish Foreign Policy Towards States, Regions and Organizations, which was created as part of the Diplomacy and Security Series. It is the next, fifth number of the yearbook published by the Department of Foreign Policy of the Republic of Poland of the Institute of International Studies of the University of Wrocław. The subject of the periodic focused on the issues regarding Poland's foreign and security policy. It took place after the change of power, when the right wing parties won the victory in the presidential and parliamentary elections in 2015. As usual, the authors of scientific articles, expert opinions, recommendations and reviews have been a group of scientists, experts and practitioners from Poland and Ukraine . The authors represent research institutes (Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of International Studies of the University of Wrocław) and analytical and expert (Eastern Policy Forum, Business Prevention Center).Taking into account the substantive aspect, individual elements of the work constitute in the analytical and descriptive layer an attempt to define the main determinants of Poland's foreign policy implemented after 2015. This date marks the takeover of power by the "united right". The aforementioned foreign policy applies to relations with selected countries (including Russia, Germany, Ukraine, USA), to relations with individual regions (e.g. Europe, Middle East), international organizations (Interpol) and more or less formalized cooperation forum (Three Seas Initiative, Visegrad Group), in selected aspects of its activity.
